We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior to scheduled service will be subject to a fee of 50% of total estimated cost of service found in confirmation email.

All transformational color services begin with a required consultation prior to booking. During this consultation, your stylist will assess hair history, goals, and maintenance preferences, then design a customized color plan tailored specifically to you. Once the plan is established, your transformational color appointment is scheduled with extended time to allow for intentional, safe, and detailed execution while prioritizing the health and integrity of the hair.
